We are living in a time, where people think it's okay to live how they want to. Women are lovers of women, men are lovers of men and nobody is saying a thing. As a matter of fact it seems as if the church is accepting and embracing this lifestyle. This is truly disturbing that people will say and it is accepted that God created these people this way. That is a lie from the pits of hell. God destroyed an entire city for this. I am not judging, it's in the BIBLE. Yes do you remember Sodom and Gomorrha. Do you remember that Lot's wife was turned into a pillar of salt for looking back. So why now is it acceptable. There is entire book in the bible that tells of men become lovers of themselves. It is the book of Jude that's the book just prior to Revelation. So if you are living this type of life repent. If you are going to a church where they are allowing these open gay/lesbian relationships you need to move your membership and pray for the pastor. It;s time for the church to stand and not settle for being politically correct. So many people are playing church not realizing that heaven and hell are both real. I once worked with a man that said he didn't believe in heaven or hell, his belief was when you are dead you are placed in the ground and that's where you spend eternity. This so troubled me, that I didn't start witnesses to him, because he was one of those show me people. The following Monday I brought him a daily word. Then I started sharing with him the word of the day. Before he left our agency to start his own business, he told me he was in love with Jesus and not only was he in love with him but so was his brother and they had started attending Bible Study. I thought that was excellent place to start verses church. Why because he could ask questions as the pastor rightfully divided the word not like church where if something was said he didn't understand he was left to his own interpretation.
I am sadden by how many pastors are turning a blind eye to the ways of their officers. My belief is that if someone you have in a leadership role and that's anyone who holds and serves as an officer of the church then you should be required to uphold a standard. You shouldn't be able to live a life tore up from the floor up and then on Sunday act as if everything is all good. Not being judgmental because God can use whom He chooses, Noah was a drunk, Moses was a murderer, David was a murder and adulterer however these people didn't keep wallowing in their sins. They were convicted and converted and became great men of God. So why are pastors ignoring that the deacon has his wife and woman sitting in the same sanctuary. Why are they ignoring that the Sunday School teacher is cross dressing. Because everybody is okay with their wrong doing and believing it is accepted. So everyone but the church has come out of the closet.
Gay people have always been around, but even if they were they couldn't openly flaunt it, but in this day in time men are dressing like women and women are dressing like men. They are gracing public arenas with their open displays of affection. Am I the only one troubled by this new wave of boldness? Of course the church can't stone anyone, but it is where the prostitute, the woman/man that is cheating on their spouse, the man/woman who is not cheating but has walked out on their vows, the drug dealer, the confused boy/girl are supposed to go to be giving the word, have their sin sick souls healed and start a new way of living. Can the church come out the closet and stand up. Can the church not lower it's standards for sake of membership growth. Today we go to church sit in the pews with our mask on, dare not letting anyone know that we are fornicating, committing adultery, drinking, smoking and popping pills to cope Monday - Saturday and leaving just the way we came. We are sitting there looking at our neighbor wondering if they would understand wondering why they are crying and shouting. Let me come out the closet and say I have been wounded, I have been and do hurt, I am suffering because of broken promises and relationships, but my praise is for real, I praise Him because I know the storms of life come and they go, but during the storm the SON still shines, He comforts me and tells me that I am His own. Now some may not like this post, but here it is if you are sleeping in a bed every night with someone that you are not legally married to you are fornicating. If you are married and sleeping with someone other than the person you took your vows with you are committing adultery, if you are drinking alcohol in excess you are an alcoholic, if you are a man sleeping with a man you are gay, if you are a woman sleeping with a woman you are gay. The wages of sin is death. It's not to late to come out and come up. Come to what God has for you. Please don't put it off thinking you have tomorrow, because this afternoon is not even promised. I say this Lord make us over make us with a renewed mind and heart that we want to live for you. Lord save us, forgive us and accept us into your kingdom.
