I have to say this word is confirmation to something I posted yesterday. That we often though we don’t realize it look for validation from others on our gifts and purpose. What we must keep ever present in our minds that many will not give us what we are looking for, the main reason is they don’t understand it, they don’t believe it, they are envious, or simply they know what you don’t and that is you don’t need their validation. For me when someone tells me God told me this, then I usually have only this response that’s good. I don’t have an opinion one way or the other, not because I am jealous, but they only need the approval of the Father. Also people as God gives us things we need to be mindful and keep with us Joseph’s experience, he was so excited about what God showed him that he ran telling it. Look at what happened as a result his brothers – get that brothers not strangers, not neighbors but brothers hated him, threw him in a pit sold him into slavery and that was the beginning of a long span of trials to get to the blessing all because he couldn’t keep his mouth closed. In my walk and in my calling I have realized that there are times when really you just have to shut up. If you must tell your news to someone tell it to God. Over the weekend I saw in so many places postings that said when someone shows you who they are believe it. Well know this, that sometimes people are mirroring what you showed them unaware to you. Because in our minds we were only sharing what God gave or doing what God said. This is what comes to mind and this was shared with me last night and it came back in a word this morning old Saul who was all pumped up and religious righteous ready to persecute those who were blaspheming seeing no wrong in his action. Before we feel as if people have shown us themselves we need to ask what was our part in this whole little show. You see when Saul fell off the horse he didn’t immediately get up and become Paul, he had to be prepared for this new walk as do you and I.
Blessed to be a Blessing,

When No One Believes In You
April 16th, 2012
It’s a wonderful day to be a child of God. Have you ever encountered disbelief from family and friends? You shared your vision with them and no one believed it was possible. Have you ever felt alone in this crowded world? It seemed as though you were fighting to be noticed. Have you ever felt your back against the wall? No matter what you said or did, nothing seemed to change. Have you ever wondered why God chose you? Have you ever questioned your calling? Have you ever doubted your abilities? Have you ever cried yourself to sleep at night? So often in our lives, the above questions become reality to us. Have you been there? Are you there now?
Today, I have been commissioned to come and minister to you. My friend, what do you do … When No One Believes In You? What do you do when your dream is criticized by your surroundings? Do you give up on yourself? Do you walk away in tears? Do you proceed as God commanded? What do you do? The Bible declares in Isaiah 55:8 - For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the LORD. The first thing you must understand about the thing God has spoken to you is, what God has spoken and promised will not be understood or accepted by carnal-minded people. If God spoke it to you, then you were the only one to hear Him. Therefore, those who did not hear His voice will always question the promise (1 Samuel 3:4-9). You have to get to a point of no return. So what if no one believes. Do you? The Bible declares 2 Corinthians 1:20 - For all the promises of God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.
My brother, my sister, what do you do … When No One Believes In You? The second thing you must understand about the thing God has spoken to you is, He made no mistake when He chose you. God knows everything about you. He did not pull your name from a hat. He purposed for you to do the work. The Bible declares in Matthew 10:30 - But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. What do you do … When No One Believes In You? The third (and final) thing you must understand about the thing God has spoken to you is, you have been anointed and equipped to fulfill the assignment. God never calls anyone without giving them everything they need to make it. The Bible declares in Luke 12:48 - … For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. Thought to Remember: When No One Believes In You, remember the above three.
