Below is a word that I believe is on time and needed for sure a question we need to ask especially in a day where we send our kids to school and they may not return home. Now when we live in a time where you look out your window to see what's going on and you are shot. This was the title of the message preached at my friend's funeral some years ago. The one thing she wanted us to know her last word's to her mother was mama I'm okay I got my house in order. Think of the peace her mother could have, knowing this. The good thing was that her house was. I presented in March at funeral to her mother the basket that she ordered from me in December for her mom's mother's day gift. In December I told her let's just concentrate on Christmas. She said Shon, I have cancer and I got to live one day at a time. I said okay, we prayed. I made the basket, and as I presented it before the pastor got up to do the eulogy, God meant that to be the message because I shared the story of the night we were on the phone and she ordered the basket and how in praying I thanked God for giving Michelle the wisdom to get her house in order. She then searched it in the bible. Called her pastor and had him come and explain it. I am just grateful that our paths crossed. Now I hope that this word causes you examine your life and question if you died today, do you know that you would be ready, that you would see Jesus could you whisper before you expired to a love one standing near don't worry my house is in order.
To you I say what you will see again at the end of the writing, get your house in order today is a perfect day to make amends with those you may have wronged. It's the perfect opportunity to forgive someone who may have wronged you. Stop thinking and do it, it doesn't matter if you were right or wrong it's a process in getting your house in order. Throw pride out, God hates it anyway.
Blessed to Be a Blessing,
Shon Garner Cole

Today was just one of those days where—I didn’t feel like doing much of anything. For one, this sinus cold is really getting the best of me, and so I have been feeling kinda blah. Anyhoo, my husband is the kind of guy that likes a clean house, and being that I don’t work, I try my best to honor his request in that matter. It’s not spotless, but you know it’s enough to keep him from fussing. **ha ha**
Well I played around doing a little bit of something, but a whole lot of nothing, and when I looked at the clock, I only had 15 minutes to wash the dishes, make the bed, and straighten up the living room—by taking coats and things, and throwing them in another room. **LOL** As I was running through the house trying to get things in order before the hubby got in, I imagined, just for a moment, was this how we would be doing at the return of Christ. Would we already have everything in order, or would we be running around like a chicken with his head cut off, trying to get everything ready at the last minute?
My prayer today is…. that we will get ourselves prepared for the Lord’s return. That we will be ready and prepared like the five wise virgins, for the hour that He will return, no man knows. Have you accepted Christ? If so, are you prepared? If not, there’s not time like the present.
Stay Hopeful,
Clarissa
